Writers to speak in West Falls

Professor Emeritus Gary Earl Ross and other writers will be reading from “Queen City Flash” at the West Falls-Colden Library, located on Route 240 in West Falls, on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m.

The anthology features work by 32 Western New York writers. Local author TL Sherwood will read her piece, called “Wildflower Wishes.”

Sherwood’s flash fiction has appeared in many venues. She was awarded second place in the Mary Kennedy Eastham Flash Fiction Competition, and her piece “Things Left Unspoken” was selected for inclusion in The Best of Literary Orphans.
