Dr. Graham's Birthday
A very happy birthday to you today. You have been an inspiration to me and I came to learn the truth of life after death at a Youth For Christ meeting. My father died when I was 7 and fortunately God never gave up on me for the bitterness it caused me for 12 years until I finally learned that there is a heaven and my father is waiting for me there. Thank you - Laraine Betts

“Happy Birthday Dr Billy Graham”
November 7Th 1918 such a special day, surely God’s gift to millions all over the world for giving us such a Spiritual Christian evangelist as yourself. I had written a Birthday wish and a pray to you on your 90th Birthday but I had not sent the letter, knowing you would have many months to read the many wishes that would be sent to you. I was very fortunate to have seen both your 90th and now 95th Birthday celebration on TV as I watch your classics weekly. My adopted American parents were born in 1910 and 1912 shortly before they married my devoted Christian mother from the US, would read and teach the “True meaning of the Bible” to my dad, his parents came from Poland being the youngest of 10 and serving as an altar boy. Both parents listened to your sermons that were broadcast on radio and TV, soon after they adopted my American brother as a baby and my sister and me at a very young age from a Greek orphanage. Dr Graham, I have wanted to share my visit with the last of my American family my parents. Shortly before the crusade held in Seattle WA in our stadium, which was the largest crowd to attend a single event in the Kingdome was 74,000, on May 17, 1976, for a “Billy Graham crusade, featuring Johnny Cash”. We both lost my young brother after serving in Vietnam and coming home to the US, soon after my sister passing both were in there young 20’s as myself being the youngest. I wanted to understand from such a man of God “Why so much loss, so young” years later the passing of both parents, once again, No family, No country??? To have such an opportunity to celebrate your special day with your family and friends would be a very special event for me! I do pray and wish you and your family, health and happiness, until we meet our Lord and Savior!! Megan Wozniak
