COLLINS — The Collins Senior Citizens have planned activities for December, which will be the organization’s last three weeks of the year.
Holiday Fridays will include the seniors’ Christmas party, at noon on Dec. 13 in the gymnasium of the L.K. Painter Community Center on Main Street in Collins. On Dec. 20, toy wrapping for the Gowanda Lions Club will be held at 10 a.m., in the L.K. Painter Community Center gymnasium.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at 9 a.m., there will be indoor walking and exercise, in the gymnasium, a three-part class led by Pat Tucker. On Tuesdays, there are gentle arthritis exercises at 10 a.m. in the gymnasium.
Wednesdays will feature quilting with Florence Reynolds, from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., in the Collins Public Library community room. For more information, call Reynolds at 532-3075. Bowling will take place at 1 p.m. at K&L Lanes in Gowanda. Friday morning exercises will be held at 9 a.m. in the gym and a holiday movie will be shown at 1 p.m,. in the library community room.
