St. Aloysius announces bazaar

SPRINGVILLE — The 47th annual Christmas Bazaar will fill St. Aloysius Parish Hall, located at 186 Franklin St. in Springville on Nov. 23, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Nov. 24, from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. All proceeds from the Christmas Bazaar directly benefit St. Aloysius Regional School.
In addition to crafts or gifts, there will be a “Next to New Booth,” the “Spirit Shoppe” and the “Scholastic Display.” The “Sweet Shoppe” will offer homemade foods and a gallery of student art will feature student-made artwork. A theme basket auction will also be available and St. Aloysius Regional School families and students will be available, for the duration of the event, to help carry purchases.
This year, there will be an Early Bird Drawing for the upcoming Big Money Raffle. Big Money Raffle tickets will go on sale in November. Those who purchase Big Money Raffle tickets before or at the Christmas Bazaar will be entered into this drawing, with a chance to win cash prizes.
Santa will make an appearance on Saturday from 11 a.m. -2 p.m. Saturday’s menu includes a selection of homemade soups and chili and Sunday’s menu features Krolick’s chicken barbecue, starting at 11:30 a.m. Takeout or dine-in are available. Pre-sale orders for the barbecue will be available, by contacting the school office at 592-7002, weekdays, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The Early Bird Drawing and Theme Basket Auction tickets will be drawn on Sunday afternoon.
