Caregivers’ classes to be held in March

SPRINGVILLE — Classes for people helping older relatives or friends will be held in six, weekly, two-and-a-half-hour sessions. Caregivers will learn to reduce stress, improve self-confidence, communicate feelings and locate resources.
The class is being offered at Love In the Name of Christ, located at 64 East Main St., Suite 2, in Springville, on Monday afternoons, beginning March 24 and running through April 28, from 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
Respite for the memory-impaired will be offered at this site, during classes.
There is a charge for the six-week program, which includes a copy of The Caregiver Helpbook, but is covered in full for members of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Western New York and Independent Health.
