NEW FRIENDS — Erie County legislators Lynne Dixon and John Mills are shown talking with Springville resident Joshua Moscato about his involvement with 4-H, during this past summer’s Erie County Fair. One of the programs that Joshua participates in is raising animals and learning how to care for them, as well as the economics associated with raising an animal. That is one of 40 programs offered through 4-H.
