Yorkshire’s Twin Lakes Home Inc. displayed a 1,876 square foot multi-section home Feb. 9 - 12 at the Hamburg Fairgrounds’ WNY Home and Garden Expo.
The house, which is named after one of Twin Lakes General Manager Kody Sprague’s children, was built by Marlett Homes and completed with landscaping by Beyond the Basics. Full interior decor was provided by Carolina Furniture.
Southtown Audio Video supplied the home’s sound and video systems and Ecoloionex of Western New York took care of the water needs.
Twin Lakes Homes Sales Representative Jennifer Hoffman, who designed this house (just as she did for the past two years’ expos), was on hand to greet visitors to the three bedroom, two bathroom home.
“We want people to know that they can afford a great home without sacrificing quality or their desires,” Sprague said. The house is also equipped with a living room, kitchen/dining room, den, utility room and basement entry. The company had three days to set the home up on-site - including painting, decorating and landscaping.
