SPRINGVILLE — The Road Runners performed their oldies tunes for the crowd in Fiddlers Green Park on Thursday, July 29, to mark the final Concert in the Park show of the season.

“I think the concerts are great. I like to dance and watch the dogs,” said Eliana Kelley of East Concord.

Her sister Mikala agreed, “I like to dance. That’s why I like to come.”

The twins danced the night away, to the oldies melodies of The Road Runners, with nary a coyote in sight.

Carol Joslin of Springville said, “I’m going to miss the concerts. I always enjoy them.”

A large crowd gathered, for the last time, this summer. The concerts will resume next June, as the sounds of bluegrass, the Springville Jazz Orchestra’s big band, the WNY Fiddle Kids and their ilk return for another season.
