Arts cafe springs up in Springville

SPRINGVILLE — The Springville Center for the Arts is in the process of erecting a new arts cafe at 5 East Main St., Springville. The building, which has been declared unsafe, will be renovated and turned into a cafe and arts space. The SCA has two years to complete the project.
