COLDEN — The preschool at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Colden will reopen after an open house, scheduled for Nov. 10 and 11. If the necessary enrollment commitment is achieved, an opening will be scheduled for next September.
The open house will be held at the church on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. – noon and Sunday, Nov. 11 from 1 – 3 p.m.
“We know the early years of a child’s life are extremely important,” said Heather Holland, a preschool committee member. “They are the foundation, not only for school success, but for his or her entire life. The expectations for a child entering kindergarten have dramatically changed in recent years, however, our children’s core values and needs have not. Our teachers are experienced and will guide your child toward their full intellectual potential, but, equally important, nurture your child’s social, emotional and spiritual development. All are important foundations for success, in transitioning from home to school.”
