Read the Second Amendment, before judging

This is in response to Mr. Wohlhueter’s letter, dated March 30th.
The personal attack on Mr. Ebert is uncalled for. The Second Amendment clearly states, “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
One must read the whole thing. We are the militia. The Founding Fathers wrote this amendment, to protect our rights, from the likes of you.
While I’m not highly educated, nor am I an idiot, I do not need a law degree to see that there are those that would like to see the Constitution and its amendments completely eradicated or rewritten, to suit their needs.
Right now, they want my guns. Tomorrow, it will be my computer or the money in my bank accounts, to bail this “country” out.
When they come knocking on your door for an article of your legal personal property, maybe then, just maybe, you will understand.
