Participation in protest of SAFE Act appreciated

Editor:

Thank you to all of my fellow New York patriots and patriots from all other parts of this great nation!

Thank you to those who made history, by participating in one of the largest groups of passionate demonstrators ever assembled in this state and across the country.

Each and every one of you who participated on Jan. 11 played an important part in the “Shot Heard Around New York State” event, which was an absolute success.

As our shots rang out, from Western New York to the Hudson Valley and beyond, we banded together and showed our opposition toward the SAFE Act. I can only hope the report of our unified shots and brotherhood were heard in Albany. I encourage all who participated to continue being enthusiastic on saving your Second Amendment rights. Please consider joining or supporting organizations and clubs which share this very same philosophy and remember to vote. Your involvement and support is important, not only for you, but for your family and nation.

A special thanks to the “Shot Heard Around New York State” committee and hats off to membership of the Springville Field and Stream and all others who believed in and supported this idea and made it a reality. Keep up the good fight!

Pictures, videos and stories about the event are posted on the club’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/SpringvilleFieldAndStreaminc and the event’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/events 456320794486823/. Keep watching us, for further event notices.
