Former Roswell Park research center is dangerous

I have recently become aware of a situation within the village of Springville that I find very disturbing. It is regarding the old, abandoned Roswell Park Cancer research facility, off East Main Street.
I recently ventured down the road to the building and was horrified at what I saw. The building is covered with graffiti. The door was not only unlocked, but standing wide open. Many of the bricks have been removed from the blocked up windows.
Most frightening of all were two wide open manholes. The covers have apparently been stolen. These opening were large enough for a full-grown man to fall into.
There is also a large tank of some sort on the premises and the lid has been pried open.
There are no signs or warnings to keep anyone away from this site. The road is paved and it is very easy to get to this facility. There was evidence that the place had been explored and even vandalized. I feel this situation is very dangerous and something should be done about it.
