Lulu Feuz (nee Bobseine), 91, of Springville, died Jan. 7 at Elderwood Health Care in Hamburg.
She was born July 22, 1921 in the town of Ashford, to Mark and Edna (nee Ames) Bobseine. She was a homemaker and a traveler, led a children’s choir at the First Methodist Church of Springville, was an organist for Smith-Weismantel Funeral Home in Springville, was a musical volunteer in a band at Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home for 25 years and Fiddlers Green Nursing Home, both in Springville, and made CDs and DVDs.
She was the wife of the late Emil Feuz; mother of Donald (Kathie) Feuz of Colden, Jeanie (David) Call of Springville, Boni (Richard) Stapleton of West Seneca, Becky (Larry) Harshbarger of Springville, Carol (Rich) Downing of Arlington, Texas and the late Mary Ann King; grandmother of 14 grandchildren; sister of the late Lee Bobseine and Thelma Glass; also survived by eight nieces and nephews, 31 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter; sister-in-law of Stuart Glass of Springville.
A funeral was held Jan. 10 from the First United Methodist Church of Springville. The Rev. Gary Burdick and the Rev. David Bevington officiated. Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery, Springville.

Daniel Luce, 50, of Gowanda, formerly of Springville, died on Jan. 6 at the TLC Health Network Center in Lake Shore.
He was born June 10, 1962 in Springville, the son of the late Norman and Alberta (nee Fox) Luce.
He was the companion of Nanette Foloran of Gowanda; father of Maxwell Luce, Angelo Luce, Amanda Luce and Rhonda Luce, all of Lockport; brother of Kathleen (Jim) Belscher of Springville, Andrew Luce of Buffalo, Kevin Luce of Germany and the late Annette Braymiller; grandfather of one grandson; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held Jan. 9 from the Schindler Funeral Home, 44 Center St., Gowanda. Pastor Jack Sieler of the New Hope Baptist Church of Collins officiated.Geneva Pascarella
Geneva “Jean” Pascarella (nee White), 85, of Cattaraugus, died Jan. 8 at Mercy Hospital.
She was born in Angelica, N.Y. on July 13, 1927, to the late Luther and Marie (nee Frank) White.
She worked at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and at Fiddler’s Green Nursing Home in Springville and did homecare. She also helped at the family restaurant, Pascarella’s, in Cattaraugus.
She was the wife of the late Vincent Pascarella; mother of Anthony Pascarella of East Otto, Raymond Pascarella of Cattaraugus, Mary Jo (Donald) Wise of Orchard Park, the late Andrea Pascarella and the late Vincent Pascarella; grandmother of 10 grandchildren, great-grandmother of 19 great-grandchildren; sister of Herbert (Lillian) White of Florida, Kenneth White of Massachusetts and the late Geraldine Gerace; also survived by several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law of Cora Pascarella of Springville and friend of Stephanie Avery of Cattaraugus.
A funeral will be held Jan. 12 at 11 a.m. from the Cattaraugus United Methodist Church. Burial will be in East Otto Cemetery.

Dorothy E. Scull (nee Edel), 84, of Glenwood and East Concord, died Jan. 3 at Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home in Springville.
She was born June 10, 1928 in Brooklyn to John and Susan (nee Martin) Edel.
She volunteered at Paoli Memorial Hospital in Paoli, Pa. and at Los Altos Hospital in California. She played tennis and golf, skied and hiked and had been employed in public relations for Paoli Memorial Hospital.
She was the wife of Gerald Scull of Glenwood, mother of Cynthia (Jim) Grant of Malvern, Pa., Katen Long of San Rafael, Calif., Jane (Jeff) Callahan of Marshaltown, Pa. and the late Barbara Anderson; grandmother of 15 grandchildren; sister of Joan Ryan; stepmother of Kathryn Barbieri of Clarence, Gerald (Donna) Scull of Holland and David (Denise) Scull of Hamburg.
A funeral service was held Jan. 6 from Redeemer Lutheran Church in Colden. The Rev. Domenick Lettieri officiated. Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery, Springville.
