Elizabeth Bement
Elizabeth C. Bement (nee McCulle), of Springville, died Aug. 9.

Wife of the late Raymond Bement; mother of Judith (late Ronald) Delia, Kathleen (Daniel) Komenda and the late John Bement (Donna); mother-in-law of the late Judith Bement; grandmother of Deborah Hughes, Michael and James Delia, Timothy Komenda and Kelly Arrington, Cynthia Hull, William and Monica Willibey; great-grandmother of 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; sister of Catherine Sampieri and the late Theresa May.

A memorial Mass will be held from St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Springville, on Saturday, Aug, 17, at 10 a.m. Arrangements were made by the Wurtz Funeral Home, located at 9287 Boston State Road, Boston.

Ted Hrobocinski
Ted R. Hrobocinski of Colden, died Aug. 11.

Husband of Stella (nee Kalinowski); father of Judy (Stanley) Gromb, Diane (Harold) Carder, Ron (Marianne Hrobocinski, Sharon (David) Russell and the late Christine Hrobocinski; grandfather of Christopher, Craig, Joshua, Jason, Erin and the late Carey; great-grandfather of nine great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held Aug. 15, from the Arcade Pioneer Christian Fellowship Church. Arrangements were made by the Wurtz Funeral Home, located at 9287 Boston State Road, Boston. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimerís Association.

Marion Moritz
Marion C. Moritz, 97, of Collins Center, died Aug. 12, at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville.

She was born Dec. 7, 1915 in Hamburg, to the late Paul and Anna (nee Cook) Kriegel.

She was the town of Collins tax collector, for 20 years, and was a member of St. Francis Cabrini Roman Catholic Church in Collins Center. She was also a member of the Collins and Collins Center Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary.

She was the wife of the late Millard Moritz; mother of Jerold (Charlotte) Moritz of Utah and Joel (Debra) Moritz of Collins Center, Joyce Kota of Albany, N.Y., Janice Moritz of Florida and the late Mary Moritz; grandmother of 11 grandchildren; great-grandmother of 10 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandmother of three great-great-grandchildren; sister of Doris Closs of East Aurora and the late Paul and Richard Kriegel; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held, Saturday, Aug. 17 at 11 a.m. from the Mentley Funeral Home Inc. 105 East Main St. in Gowanda. Burial will be in St. Martinís Cemetery in Langford, N.Y. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Collins Center Volunteer Fire Department.
