Erie County Sheriff’s office

The Erie County Sheriff’s office responded to several calls between Oct. 26 and Nov. 13 in Boston, Colden, Concord, Sardinia and Springville. Following is a sampling of the incidents:

Boston

– Oct. 26, Patrol arrested Ronald Oliver, 59, of Orchard Park. on an outstanding warrant, which had been issued by the Orchard Park Police Department. Oliver was turned over to Orchard Park Police Department.

– Oct. 28, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Ward Road.

– Oct. 28, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Route 219.

– Oct 30, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Route 219.

– Nov. 3, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Route 219.

– Nov. 4, Patrol arrested Michael Ott, 35, of Boston, for criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing in the second degree, unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstructing of breathing, criminal mischief and harassment first degree. after a disturbance. Ott was held at the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.

– Nov. 6, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Route 219.

Colden

– Oct. 28, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on State Road.

– Oct. 30, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Center Street.

– Oct. 31, Patrol arrested Laura Martin, 33, of Colden, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Buffalo Police Department. Martin was taken to the ECHC. The arrest occurred on Heath Road.

– Nov. 2, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Center Street.

– Nov. 5, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on State Road.Concord

– Oct. 27, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Route 219.

– Oct. 28, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Glenwood Road.

– Oct. 29, Patrol arrested Taylor Pressing, 27, and Mikala Fleming, 18, both of Sardinia, for criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both subjects were released on an appearance ticket to appear in Concord Court, at a later date. The arrest took place on Scoby Hill Road.

– Nov. 1, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Vaughn Street.

– Nov. 3, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Genesee Road.

– Nov. 5, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Route 219.

– Nov. 6, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Creek Road.

– Nov. 6, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Glenwood Road.

Sardinia

– Oct. 27, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Pratham Road.

– Oct. 28, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Olean Road.

– Oct. 29, Patrol arrested Christopher Steiner, 45, of Franklinville, for criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana, after a traffic stop on Olean Road. Steiner was committed to ECHC without bail.

– Oct. 29, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Creek Road.

– Nov. 2, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Allen Road.

– Nov. 3, Patrol investigated an automobile accident on Olean Road.

– Nov. 7, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Olean Road.

– Nov. 3, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Creek Road.

– Nov. 5, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Olean Road.

Springville

– Oct. 27, Patrol arrested Andrew Crooks, 63, of Collins, for petit larceny, after he was caught he was caught shoplifting on South Cascade Drive. Crooks was released on appearance tickets to appear in Springville Court, at a later date.

– Oct. 27, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on East Main Street.

– Oct. 28, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on East Main Street.

– Nov. 1, Patrol arrested Jacqueline Miller, 31, of Machias, for shoplifting on South Cascade Drive. She was released on appearance tickets to appear in Springville Court, at a later date.

– Nov. 1, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Waverly Street.

– Nov. 4, Patrol arrested Shawn Blanc, 20, of Springville, for assault third and criminal obstructing of breathing, following a disturbance. Blanc was held at the ECHC with no bail, pending arraignment.

– Nov. 4, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on North Buffalo Street.

– Nov. 6, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on West Main Street.

Springville Police Department

– Oct. 25, Patrol was requested to back up Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a mental health call on Boston State Road.

– Oct. 25, Patrol investigated an out-of-control patient at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital.

– Oct. 25, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with sexual misconduct incident.

– Oct. 26, The Gowanda Police Department requested the department’s K-9 Unit to search a vehicle where illegal narcotics were found.

– Oct. 28, Patrol assisted a citizen with a car versus deer accident at East Main and Pearl streets.

– Oct. 29, Patrol assisted the owner of a building on West Main Street with eviction of a tenant.

– Oct. 29, Patrol investigated a neighbor dispute on Chestnut Street.

Oct. 29, Patrol arrested Barry Tanner, of Springville, for a violation of a court order issued in the town of Sardinia Court.

– Oct. 30, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a mental health call on Chestnut Street.

– Oct. 31, Patrol patrolled the village for Halloween.

– Nov. 1, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a disturbance and arrest on Mill Street.

– Nov. 1, Patrol investigated a disturbance at East Main and Pearl streets.

– Nov. 2, Patrol investigated a noise complaint on Pearl Street.

– Nov. 2, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a disorderly patron on West Main Street, who was arrested, after failing to comply, for disorderly conduct.

– Nov. 4, Patrol assisted with a mental health call at the skate park.

– Nov. 4, patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with an arrest at Suds and Duds on South Cascade Drive.

– Nov. 5, The department’s commercial truck enforcement unit and the New York State Department of Transportation performed truck inspections on North Cascade Drive.

– Nov. 5, Patrol investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle at the fireman’s park.

– Nov. 6, Patrol assisted Erie County sheriff’s deputies with a disturbance on West Main Street.

– Nov. 6, Patrol assisted Erie County sheriff’s deputies with a property damage automobile accident on West Main street.

– Nov. 7, Patrol assisted Erie County sheriff’s deputies with an automobile accident at East Main and Vaughn streets.

– Nov. 8, Patrol assisted Erie County sheriff’s deputies with a mental health call on West Edgewood Drive.

– Nov. 8, Patrol assisted Erie County sheriff’s deputies with a traffic stop on Route 219.
