Ryan Drumsta arrested, following accident

SPRINGVILLE — While patrolling in the village of Springville on Feb. 19, Erie County sheriff’s deputies responded to a call reporting an accident at Bob Johnson Motors on West Main Street and found an intoxicated Ryan Drumsta, 21, on the scene.
Drumsta had driven his car off the road and into six new cars, located on the lot and in the showroom building.
The subject was found to be in possession of prescription medication that had not been prescribed to him. After failing field sobriety tests, he was charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
Drumsta was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, reckless damage of property and traffic violations.
After arrest processing, the subject was taken to the Erie County Holding Center, pending arraignment.
