Gregory Boberg gets DWI

WEST VALLEY — New York state trooper Aaron Kawado arrested Gregory Boberg, 53, of West Valley, for driving while intoxicated on Oct. 18 at 9:45 p.m.
The arrest was made after Boberg was stopped on Kuhn Road in the town of Ellicottville for failing to stay in his own lane. Boberg was processed at the state police barracks in Machias, where he was found to have a blood alcohol content of .15 percent.
Boberg was issued tickets for DWI and traffic infractions. Boberg will face the charges in the town of Ellicottville Court, at a later date.
