Yorkshire DWI arrest
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s office reported the arrest of Dorothy Wohlhoeter, 53, of Yorkshire, for a warrant issued for criminal contempt, first degree and aggravated harassment, second degree.

The subject was arraigned at Freedom Court and released to appear in the town of Yorkshire Court, at a later date. The arrest occurred on Nov. 1 at 10 p.m.

Nicholas Donnelly arrested for DWINew York State Troopers based in Machias responded to McKinstry Road, Yorkshire on Sunday, Nov. 4, at 7:35 a.m., for the report of a vehicle on the side of the road with the operator slumped over the steering wheel.
Upon arrival, the operator, Nicholas Donnelly of Attica, was discovered to be intoxicated. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and processed at the Machias State Police Barracks. His blood alcohol content was determined to be .09 percent.
Donnelly was issued tickets and releasedd. He was to answer charges at the town of Yorkshire Court on Nov. 8.
