Holland woman arrested for fraud

MACHIAS — State troopers based in Machias arrested Teal Randall, 30, of Holland, on Oct. 1. She was charged with five counts of issuing a bad check, a B misdemeanor, and one count of scheme to defraud first, an E felony.
The charges stem from Randall issuing multiple bad checks, with a value of more than $8,000, in the towns of Holland and Yorkshire. Randall was arraigned in the town of Yorkshire Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail, on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
