Sardinia man arrested for larceny

SARDINIA — New York State Police in Boston arrested Paul Kellogg, 19, of Sardinia, for grand larceny fourth degree, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Trooper Aaron Kawado discovered that, while Kellogg was working at a residence in Sardinia, he stole a Marlin .22 caliber Rifle, a man’s watch and a roll of quarters.

With assistance from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation investigators, all the items were recovered.

Kellogg was processed at the State Police Boston barracks and given an appearance ticket, returnable in the town of Sardinia Court on Nov. 19, at 7 p.m. The arrest took place on Nov. 13.
