NORTH COLLINS — New York State Troopers arrested Lucas Beaver, 18, of Lawtons, for second degree unlawful imprisonment and second degree harassment, following a domestic dispute on Feb. 17 at his home.
Beaver reportedly got into an argument with his girlfriend at the residence, over her returning to her home.
During the dispute he took her cell phone and physically kept her from leaving for more than an hour. She was finally able to get the phone and call a family member. While she was waiting for her ride, Beaver began throwing her clothes out of the house, and hit her in the face with a boot. She reported the incident to troopers on Feb. 19 and Beaver turned himself in the next day.
He was processed at State Police Collins barracks and is due in North Collins Town Court, at a later date.
