BOSTON — A New York State trooper, stationed in the Boston barracks, stopped a gray Dodge Caravan on Dec. 22, on Route 219 in the town of Boston, for operating after dark with no lights on.
The operator, Casey Parker, 35, of Hornell, showed signs of intoxication and failed roadside sobriety tests.
Parker was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and submitted a breath sample for testing.
The breath test showed a blood alcohol concentration of .20 percent. Parker was issued traffic tickets to appear in the town of Boston Court, at a later date.
