Erie County Sheriff’s deputies responded to several calls in Boston, Colden, Concord, Sardinia and Springville. Following is a sampling of the incidents:
Boston
– Dec. 8, Patrol investigated a personal injury automobile accident on Route 219.
– Dec. 8, Patrol investigated a personal injury automobile accident on Feddick Road.
Colden
– Dec. 8, Patrol arrested Ryan Nowak, 20, of Holland, for unlawful possession of marijuana, after a traffic stop on Holland-Glenwood Road. The subject was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court, at a later date.
– Dec. 13, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident that occurred on Blanchard Road.
Concord
– Dec. 11, Patrol arrested Brandon Stephens, 32, of Cattaraugus, and Charles Shantler, 20, of East Otto, for unlawful possession of marijuana. The arrest took place on Springville-Boston Road. Both were scheduled to appear in court, at a later date.
– Dec. 11, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Springville-Boston Road.
– Dec. 14, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Glenwood Road.
Sardinia
– Dec. 9, Patrol investigated a personal injury automobile accident on Mehm Road.
– Dec. 10, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on Crump Road.
– Dec. 24, Patrol arrested Roy Wollschlager, 54, of Springville, on an outstanding warrant. The arrest took place on Creek Road. Wellschlager was held at the Erie County Holding Center, pending arraignment.
Springville
– Dec. 14, Patrol investigated a property damage automobile accident on South Cascade Drive.
Springville Police Department
– Dec. 9, Patrol investigated a report of a suspicious person on South Cascade Drive.
– Dec. 11, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a larceny at the Dollar Tree store on South Cascade Drive.
– Dec. 11, The department’s K-9 unit was requested for a demonstration at the Faulk School for Handicapped Children.
– Dec. 12, The department’s commercial truck enforcement unit and the New York State Department of Transportation performed truck inspections on North Cascade Drive.
– Dec. 14, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies in an investigation of a car versus building accident at Burger King.
– Dec. 15, The department’s K-9 unit assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a traffic stop and search of a vehicle on Route 219.
– Dec. 15, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with responding to a disturbance at Springville-Griffith Institute High School.
– Dec. 15, Patrol units were requested to look for a missing woman from the village. The subject was found in Holland.
– Dec. 16, Patrol was requested to look for an erratic operation of a motor vehicle’s heading north on the South Cascade Drive, coming from Cattaraugus County.
