Kyle Anger caught in Concord for DWI

CONCORD — While on patrol in Concord at approximately on March 8 Erie County Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Bouton responded to the complaint of a property damage crash on Route 240 near Kissing Bridge.

After investigating the crash, Bouton arrested the driver: Kyle Anger, 21, of North Java, N.Y., and charged him with driving while intoxicated and traffic infractions.

Anger refused to submit to a breath test to determine his blood alcohol content. He was processed at the Springville Substation and released on appearance tickets.
