Additional arrests in Boston assault

BOSTON — New York State Police made two additional arrests, on Nov. 12, in an assault incident which occurred on Heinrich Road in the town of Boston on Nov. 2.

Cristian Barros, 20, of West Seneca, was arrested and charged with one count accomplice to assault, second degree. Barros was processed at the state police barracks in Boston, arraigned at the town of Boston Court and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center, in lieu of $5,000 bail. Shayna Wisniewski, 19, of the town of Tonawanda, was arrested and charged with one count accomplice to assault, second. Wisniewski was also processed at the state police barracks in Boston, arraigned at the town of Boston Court and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center, in lieu of $500 cash bail.

Previously, the state police had arrested Mohamed Dhali, 22, and Nadiem Dhali, 21, both of Lackawanna.
