Machias woman arrested

MACHIAS — New York state trooper Thomas Rzepecki arrested Lori Miller, 47, of Machias On Oct. 13 at 10:21 a.m. She was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Miller was arrested at the Machias State Police station, after driving to the station for an unrelated matter. She was charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law, due to having a child passenger in her vehicle.
She was processed and determined to have a blood alcohol content of .16 percent. Miller is to face the charges in the town of Machias Court.
