Tellgren scores for ECC

HAMBURG — Mark Tellgren of Springville scored two goals to power the Erie Community College men’s soccer team to a 3-1 win over Jefferson Community College on Saturday, Sept. 22, afternoon.
The Springville-Griffith Institute High School graduate now has a team-high 6 goals for the Kats, who improved to 5-4 on the season. Jefferson CC opened the scoring with a goal in the eighth minute before Tellgren tied the contest, five minutes later.
With ECC leading 2 – 1, Tellgren netted an insurance goal for the Kats, in the 89th minute.
